About Me

Gray Personal Fitness is an in-home exercise training company that has served the Las Vegas Area for over 6 years.  It is my ability to meet your fitness goals in the convenience of your own home that separates me from my competition.  No more going to the gym and waiting for a machine, confused about where to start, what to do and in what order.  My business is unique in that your home is the gym. I will bring all the equipment needed for an unbelievable training session.  The gym isn’t the only place to get a great challenging workout. Effective workout sessions are not about weight machines and dumbbells, even though these items are a part of the experience,  but about muscle efficiency and muscle confusion.  My training sessions are simple and effective body weight exercises combined with the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, stability balls, etc.  Fitness training can be fun and effective.  Welcome to the world of Gray Personal Fitness.
